Fleet Services
Most people think of MasterLube as the first and best quick lubes in the Billings area and as a generous sponsor of alcohol-free graduation functions. We are, but we have evolved into much more than that. Low employee turnover, continuous training, and the ability to listen to our customer base has kept us #1 in spite of much new competition over the years.
One thing we have learned is how to take special care of commercial and private fleets. Time is money to most fleets. We have created a fleet program that saves both time and money. We also have two people on our payroll that can act as your personal fleet manager. The following are the high points of our fleet program:
- Our stores are set up to handle most normal preventative maintenance procedures including serpentine belts, radiator and transmission flushes, tire rotations, PCV replacement, air and fuel filters, and other services. The only thing we aren’t set up to do is tune-ups.
- We hand wash vehicles at our Downtown location-ideal for dual-wheel trucks and vans with racks or ladders mounted to the top or sides of the vehicle.
- Our Fleet Guys, Tad Seibel (Cell: 690-2547) and Rich Walters (Cell: 672-3324) can tailor a preventative maintenance program just for your fleet. We can remind you when services are due and even provide a shuttle service, if needed.
- Recently, we added glass repair and replacement to our list of services. This is another way to save time and money fro commercial fleets.
- Our Grand Avenue store is set up to service medium trucks and over-the-road tractors.
- We keep accurate service records for each of your vehicles. When you trade them off, you can provide the new owner maintenance records.
- Free top-offs and safety checks between oil changes.
