His name is Dan Zier, but we call him “Doctor Dan the Glass Man” because he installs windshields, repairs rock chips, and does pretty much everything 
Dr. Dan - The Glass Manelse that has to do with glass here at MasterLube’s Glass Doctor. And he had been doing this for twenty years before MasterLube.
Dan has been certified a Master Auto Glass Technician by the National Glass Association - no small feat. In fact, he is the only person in the state to have achieved that distinction.
He also has SIKA Certification - SIKA being the world’s premier maker of windshield adhesive. The proper adhesive, and the proper application, is as critical to a successful (and safe) installation as having the proper windshield.
This year, Dan completed the 22 course “Telephone Doctor” training series through ServiceSkills.com - just to make sure his manners are properly impeccable. Manners are important. Dan is a “sir” and “ma’am” kind of guy. He also completed the MasterLube Certified 5.0 Training Series.
Don’t get the idea that Dr. Dan is the only windshield installer we have. Travis Berg, William Dunn and Mike Triplett have all studied at the feet of the Master. You can trust them to do it right... Dan guarantees it.
