Cashier/Customer Service

We are currently looking to hire a full time cashier for our Downtown MasterLube location. Our mission is to grow and improve as individuals as part of a team by providing fanatical service to our community. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to challenge themselves to become their best self, have good communication skills, a drive to provide outstanding customer service, and a reliable means of transportation.

Laurel Location

We are currently looking to hire a full time cashier for our Laurel MasterLube location. Our mission is to grow and improve as individuals as part of a team providing fanatical service to our community. Technical Training Program

Our technical training program provides employees with the knowledge they need to be experts in light vehicle maintenance and extraordinary customer services.

Project Knowledge Course: Employees takes a deep dive into how oil is refined, manufactured, and performs inside an engine along with learning best practices for ongoing maintenance. We also instruct employes on every other product and service MasterLube offers.
Technical Application: During this phase, employees go under the hood to get hands-on training following best practices for light vehicle maintenance recommended by the auto and oil industries.
Customer Care. Extraordinary customer service sets MasterLube apart from competitors. We invest in a detailed customer service training program that outlines our expectations for every customer interaction. With a solid foundation in customer services, employees have the opportunity to go the extra mile.

Personal Development

No matter what stage of life our employees are in, we help them identify their strengths, learn how to set and achieve goals, and how to discard old thought patterns that keep them from finding success.

Core Competency: This course helps employees determine their greatest personal skill, such as service or technical. Once identified, we engage the employee in work that specifically uses their greatest core competency, while algo giving them experiences to develop weaker areas.
SparQ Plug: Spark Plus is MasterLube’s personal development program. Once a week, managers meet one-on-one with employees guiding them in the process of defining short- and long-term goals and developing a realistic plan to achieve the same.
