Although he did not believe it in 2017 when he started working here, Chris Eby has grown to trust the process of becoming the best possible version of himself. As he puts it “this crazy group of people only want the best for you and truly believe in you.”

Chris worked as a manager before recently moving to Kalispell to start his new position working in collision repair. He and his wife, Alex, enjoy everything outdoors – camping, fishing, hiking and hanging out with the dogs. Chris’s dream of buying his own home has been achieved – twice. He’s looking forward to spending more time in the mountains with Alex and their baby this summer.

His advice is to trust the people around you and let them help build you up. “If I would encourage someone starting at MasterLube to trust the process: the position you’re in and the path you are on.”
